Description

Amenitiz is the all-in-one software behind 15,000 independent hotels in Spain, Portugal, France and Italy. In 2026 we shipped more than ever: POS, Ami and Conversations, fiscal compliance in five countries, and integrations with OTAs, revenue management systems and POS providers.

Our product surface grew faster than three PMs can carry. You'll be the fourth, and you'll own a part of it end to end: from the opportunity, to the code, to hotels using it and paying for it.

How PMs work here

Our PMs open the repo. They prototype with Claude Code in days, ship fixes and small changes themselves, and bring engineers the hard problems with a working prototype in hand.

They spend hours every week with hoteliers: on calls, on visits, in the Care queue. They read their own data in SQL and Mixpanel. And a release is only the start: a feature is done when hotels use it and we can see it in the numbers.

What you'll own

One initiative from our 18-month product plan, from idea to adopted, measured hotel by hotel

The adoption number for everything you ship

A set of hotels you know by name, and the partnerships your initiatives need

Launch enablement for Care, Onboarding, Account Management, Sales and Marketing

Your first year

Month 3: your own changes in production, and a prototype in front of real hotels

Month 6: your first major release live, with an activation target set before launch and tracked from day one

Month 12: an initiative that measurably moved revenue for a set of hotels, and the next 6-month roadmap for your area, written by you

Requirements

  • 5+ years as a PM in B2B SaaS, including an initiative you built from scratch and the adoption or retention number it moved
  • Software you built and shipped yourself: prototypes with Claude Code or similar, and fixes merged to production. You can show us something real users used
  • Real time with customers, especially small-business owners, and the instinct to bring back what they'd pay for
  • Experience defining activation, reading the funnel yourself and fixing drop-off in the product
  • Full professional English
  • A base in Barcelona, or the will to move here: we work office-first from Plaça de Catalunya
  • Bonus points
  • A background in hospitality, travel, payments or compliance
  • Spanish, French, Italian or Portuguese
  • LLM or agent features in production
  • Experience running a big product surface with a small team

Benefits

  • Own a chapter of an 18-month plan, at 15,000 hotels in four countries
  • Build with AI the way most PMs only read about
  • Join a team of four PMs where every one of them ships
  • Work with a direct line to our CPO and CEO
  • Live and work in Barcelona
  • Our process
  • A 30-minute call with Talent Acquisition
  • 60 minutes with Marco Riedl, our CPO
  • A 90-minute working session where you build: you get a real initiative 48 hours ahead (prep takes under 4 hours), prototype part of it live with Claude Code, and show how you'd measure its adoption
  • 45 minutes with the team
  • 45 minutes with our CEO
  • You'll hear from us after every step, whatever the outcome.
