Cloud Labs - Product Manager

Description

The company builds and scales cloud solutions that can be sold in any market, using a build once, use everywhere model.

The team is hiring a hands-on product manager to take ideas through to working products, shape strategy, and work across business and technology groups.

Responsibilities

• Own the Cloud Labs portfolio and help it grow across Europe, APJ, and the Americas.
• Set product strategy and roadmap with business, technical, and vendor stakeholders.
• Lead the development, launch, and adoption of cloud solutions and services.
• Work with Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud, and internal teams to set priorities and maximise business impact.
• Monitor product performance, find areas to improve, and keep raising customer value.
• Present, demonstrate, and promote solutions both inside and outside the company.
• Write business cases, executive presentations, and strategy updates.
• Use AI and new technologies to improve products, processes, and customer experiences.
• Connect commercial, technical, and operations teams.

Requirements

• You have 5+ years in product management, product ownership, cloud solutions, or a similar role.
• You have built, launched, or scaled technology products or services.
• You know cloud technologies, ideally Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• You communicate and present clearly and can engage senior stakeholders.
• You think commercially and can turn technology into business value.
• You work independently and take ownership of results.
• You have worked across global, matrixed organisations.
• You are curious and creative, with a real interest in technology and innovation.
• You have worked in the IT channel, cloud distribution, managed services, or technology consulting.
• You know Microsoft partner programmes and cloud ecosystems.
• You have used AI tools for productivity, planning, content creation, or product development.
