Sign Up to ReadThe company is a global technology company that moves and manages money across borders. Banks, software firms and large enterprises use its infrastructure through an API to offer cross-border payment products to their own customers.
The team spans sales, implementation, product, engineering, compliance and analytics, and is based in New York, London and Singapore.
This is a Senior Backend Engineer II role on the Partner Experience team in London.
The team builds and runs the systems that help enterprise partners launch faster and handle daily operations from one place.
The team owns the partner portal, which many large banks use to manage transfers, report fraud, handle compliance requests and manage their staff. It also owns the backend services for partner onboarding, permissions and communication. Most of the work is new, with no established model for enterprise partner tooling at this scale, so you will often design from scratch rather than maintain existing systems.
The team is small, ships often and iterates based on partner feedback. Engineers own features from discovery and design through to production support. You will work with a PM and a designer, and with the API Experience, Account Discovery, KYC and FinCrime teams.
The team investigates before building, so you will understand existing systems, APIs and dependencies before writing code. Process is kept light, with quick standups, focused 1:1s and quarterly planning.
Based in London.
Starting salary of £87,500 to £111,000, plus RSUs.
The company wants a diverse and inclusive team and welcomes applicants from all backgrounds.
