The company is hiring a senior principal solution architect to advise customers on putting its Security and Risk products in place using proven practices, so they reach their business goals sooner. You will be a functional and technical expert, support sales cycles, and carry customer needs back into the company's product, enablement and training teams.
The team focuses on the customer problems that matter most. You bring architecture guidance, industry knowledge, deep product skill, fresh ideas and expertise to customers and partners, and help grow the Security and Risk practice.
Responsibilities
Run pre-sales work: deliver presentations, lead solutioning and scoping workshops, draft statements of work with clear deliverables and effort estimates, define scope, flag when change orders are needed, and size engagements with account executives and sales staff.
Act as a lead member of the engagement team, connecting Security and Risk workflow applications to the customer's technology estate and advising on governance practices.
Brief senior executives, including CXOs, on the implementation roadmap and change management.
Work with the Platform Architect team to spot platform risks in customer environments before they become problems.
Serve as practice director on high-profile Security and Risk accounts: lead delivery teams, review their work, give technical direction, and make sure delivery standards are met.
Design and deliver Security and Risk solutions with an architecture that will hold up over time and follows the company's technical standards and proven practices.
Create solution designs for common customer use cases and publish them for solution consultants, the customer community and others.
Build productive working relationships with Security and Risk product owners and stakeholders so the field understands current capabilities and the roadmap.
Host office hours, presentations, webinars and learning sessions for advisory, delivery and go-to-market colleagues, sharing customer use cases and wins.
Improve delivery and engagement materials alongside the Customer and Partner Excellence team.
Coach and mentor the company's delivery team and partner network.
Write documentation and service offerings that promote the company's services.
Cover other Risk and Security areas as needed to hit utilization targets.
