Senior Power Platform Engineer (Dataverse & Agentic Copilot Studio)

This role supports the Deals Hub platform and helps the team expand agentic AI. The work covers business apps, AI agents, workflow automation, and integrations across Microsoft 365, Teams, Planner, SharePoint, and other enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain enterprise applications on Dataverse.
• Create AI-powered agents in Copilot Studio and design agentic workflows.
• Connect Deals Hub with Teams, Planner, SharePoint, and other enterprise platforms.
• Design Power Platform solutions that are scalable, secure, and governed.
• Help deploy, tune, and keep improving business automation.

Requirements

• 5+ years building on Power Platform.
• Hands-on skill with Dataverse, canvas and model-driven Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and agentic AI or AI agents.
• Experience with Dynamics CRM, the Microsoft Graph API, REST APIs, and Microsoft 365 integrations.
• Working knowledge of Dataverse security, plugins, business rules, and solution architecture.
• Familiarity with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, PowerShell, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem solving and experience delivering in Agile teams.
• Experience in banking or financial services.
• Power Platform and Azure AI certifications.
• Experience building autonomous agents, orchestrating workflows, and delivering enterprise AI solutions.

Conditions

As required by law, the base salary for a hire in Charlotte, NC is $90k - $95k/year, plus benefits. Elsewhere it varies by geography and other factors.
