The Mobility area of the company focuses on car insurance and on making things easier for customers when an incident happens on the road.

The company is hiring an experienced Senior Product Owner and Digital Business Developer for the Mobility tribe.

You have solid experience as a Product Owner, preferably from a large organization with intricate dependencies. You can weigh customer needs, business goals, technology and stakeholder views, and you bring order when many opinions meet.

You speak up with your own views but also listen well. You like helping teams find more effective ways to solve problems, including looking at how AI can improve products and how people work.

You recognize yourself in these traits: you look after the wellbeing of others and yourself, you hold strong personal values, you enjoy teamwork but also take on hands-on tasks, you are drawn to complex problems, you build your network and use it to solve problems, and you get things done.

Experience with AI-assisted development, financial services or car insurance is a plus but not required. Understanding Swedish is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead one of the agile squads in the Mobility tribe as a digital Senior Product Owner.
• Explore customer and business needs, set priorities, align stakeholders, and help the team shape ideas into valuable solutions.
• Take part in the Product Owner community by sharing your experience, questioning established practices, and helping to develop how product management works.
• Support and coach less experienced Product Owners.
• Lead wider strategic initiatives.
• Spend most of your working time within the tribe, with other Product Owners, stakeholders and your agile team.
• Report to the Mobility Tribe Business Owner as part of a group of Digital Managers.

Requirements

• Solid experience as a Product Owner, preferably from a larger organization with complex dependencies.
• Ability to balance customer needs, business goals, technology and stakeholder expectations.
• Ability to create clarity when many perspectives are present.
• Willingness to share your views while listening well to others.
• Interest in helping teams solve problems in smarter ways, including exploring how AI can improve products and ways of working.
• Experience with AI-assisted development, financial services or car insurance is a plus but not a requirement.
• Understanding of Swedish is an advantage.
• Personal traits: care for the wellbeing of others and yourself, a strong moral compass, enjoyment of both teamwork and hands-on tasks, drive to solve complex problems, a habit of growing and using your network, and a track record of getting things done.

Some travel within the Nordics.
