Responsibilities

• Set the Receive strategy, carry it out, and grow the organisation from its current 6 teams as needed.
• Help customers get paid easily and seamlessly, wherever they are.
• Expand the Receive offering into APAC, LatAM and MEA.
• Work with fincrime teams to manage the risk of Receive products.
• Rethink how the product is positioned in the market.
• Improve onboarding and adoption funnels.
• Shape product pricing and economics, among other areas.

Requirements

• You have been directly accountable for a business-critical metric, such as revenue, new customer growth or monthly actives.
• You have led 4+ PMs and know how to hire, develop and get the best from them.
• You have helped several teams set their purpose, define metrics or OKRs, and deliver against them.
• You are hands-on and enjoy shipping features as an individual contributor. Everyone at the company, including the CEO, still works on project delivery.
• You have worked in payments or fintech more broadly.
• You have launched a new product and taken it to market alongside go-to-market teams.
