Responsibilities

  • Act as the go-to PAS-X expert across the global manufacturing programmes.

  • Work with business users, manufacturing staff and technical partners to harmonise and improve how sites run their processes.
  • Support process design in ARIS.
  • Carry out testing in HP ALM.
  • Take part in end-to-end testing, validation, deployment and hypercare.

  • Experience with MBR and formula design, generic MBR and PVL concepts, in-process controls, electronic batch records, equipment management, machine integration and batch record review.
  • Strong experience integrating PAS-X with SAP WM and/or SAP EWM.
  • Experience with PAS-X MSI and PAS-X APIs.
  • Ability to create and manage orders, materials and master data for end-to-end testing.
  • Experience with PAS-X reporting and data extraction, and knowledge of PAS-X PDA (Product Data Access).
  • Experience sending data to enterprise reporting platforms and data lakes, and familiarity with Power BI.
  • Highly desirable: experience with Crystal Reports and/or Jaspersoft.
  • Background in pharmaceutical, biotechnology or life sciences.
  • Solid understanding of ISA-95, GxP and computer system validation (CSV).
  • Preferred: experience with global template deployments and multi-site rollouts.
  • Preferred: strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Preferred: ability to work well with global cross-functional teams.
  • Preferred: experience in large-scale digital manufacturing transformation programmes.
  • Preferred: exposure to manufacturing operations across several international sites.
