  • Review technical documents for accuracy and contract compliance.
  • Carry out engineering quality assurance and quality control reviews of all design drawings before they go to construction for builds.
  • Prepare scheduled and ad hoc reports on progress, key performance indicators (KPIs), and progress tracking.
  • Manage the flow of project information between the team and the client through regular meetings and written updates.
  • Capture key information and lessons from each commission in internal databases, and share them.
  • Make sure the client and management know about quality, safety, health, and environmental issues.
  • You may take on SOX control responsibilities, which you will follow where they apply.

Requirements

  • Field construction experience.
  • Experience in manufacturing construction is beneficial.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, to coordinate well across delivery teams, stakeholders, and vendors.
  • Strong client relationship management skills, to keep relations positive between stakeholders and corporate leadership.
  • Ability to manage and delegate tasks to technical and non-technical support staff.
  • Proven postgraduate experience in mechanical or MEP engineering, covering both design and site work.
  • Engineering background with strong mechanical knowledge and experience.
  • A bachelor's or postgraduate degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, or a related field.
  • Project Management (or PMP), engineering, or a related field.

Conditions
