The Strategy, Planning, and Operations (SPO) team is the strategic core of the Customer Excellence Group (CEG). Inside SPO, the Central Strategy team runs cross-functional initiatives across four areas: Strategy, Initiative Delivery, Strategic Programs, and Realization.
The Analytics and Insights pillar in Central Strategy runs CEG's analytics function. It turns data into findings on customer health and adoption that leadership uses to make decisions. The pillar owns the CEG executive scorecards, OKR metrics and targets, corporate OKR and SPM reporting, and Quarterly Impact Insights, and it supports the AI Command Center, the Global Forecast Call, and Mission Control.
The team is small, so setting priorities and cutting unnecessary work falls to everyone.
Responsibilities
Act as Senior Manager, Analytics and Insights, turning executive reporting into strategic decisions. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports.
Own the accuracy and narrative of the CEG scorecards, OKR and SPM reporting, and Quarterly Impact Insights. Use them as an early warning system: spot emerging issues, connect signals across reports, and decide which ones need a deeper look.
Build the model or analysis behind each issue, then give the CEG Leadership Team a clear recommendation and a follow-through plan with product, engineering, sales, marketing, finance, and customer success.
Expect hands-on work. Recurring analytical reporting is part of the job, and you are expected to use its results to set the analytical agenda.
Run the reporting engine: be accountable for CEG executive scorecards across global, geo, and major-area views, with commentary on what changed, why it changed, and what leadership should do next.
Define and maintain CEG OKR metrics and targets, plus adoption and downsell reporting.
Lead the corporate OKR and SPM reporting cycle with metric owners, and check that figures match across scorecards, OKR submissions, and executive materials before leadership sees them.
Own the analysis and executive narrative for Quarterly Impact Insights, working with Finance on the underlying data.
Provide account-level analysis and metrics for the AI Command Center and the Global Forecast Call. Stay current on the weekly D&L forecast and Partner 360 ROI so your analyses tie to them.
Review every reporting cycle for risks, anomalies, and open questions, and decide which deserve deeper work.
Frame unclear problems, form hypotheses, and build driver-based models and scenarios that size the exposure and show what would change the result.
Finish each strategic analysis with a recommendation, a named decision-maker, and agreed next steps.
Convert recurring ad hoc requests, such as Impact coverage analysis and account enrichment for undeployed backlog work, into planned analyses.
Drive follow-through with cross-functional partners without relying on formal authority.
Cut manual consolidation with automation, standard templates, and consistent metric definitions across reporting streams.
Recommend which reports and metrics to simplify, merge, or retire, based on how leaders actually use them.
Use AI where it speeds up or improves analysis, and judge critically where it does not.
