Responsibilities

  • As a Senior Manager in the Professional Services team , you will own end-to-end technical delivery of AiDASH implementations for enterprise utility customers, from kickoff through go-live and handoff to Customer Success. You'll be the primary delivery point of contact for customers, work closely with Engineering, Product, Data, and Solutions teams, and make sure every engagement lands on scope, on schedule, and with measurable value.
  • Location: This is a hybrid role based in Palo Alto, CA, requiring 2-3 days per week in the office.
  • How you'll make an impact:
  • Lead multiple concurrent SaaS implementation projects for enterprise customers, including planning, execution, risk management, and go-live
  • Act as the primary customer-facing delivery lead: run kickoffs, steering committees, status reviews, and executive readouts
  • Translate customer requirements into clear project plans, work breakdowns, and technical tasks for cross-functional teams
  • Manage technical workstreams including data ingestion and migration, system integrations (APIs, GIS and enterprise systems), configuration, UAT, and deployment
  • Support pre-sales and scoping: contribute to effort estimates, SOWs, and change requests, and keep delivery within contracted scope
  • Track and report project health (schedule, budget, risks, dependencies) using JIRA and PS tooling; escalate early and propose options
  • Use AI tools (such as Claude) every day to speed up delivery work: status reports, requirements, SOW drafts and meeting follow-ups
  • Coordinate with globally distributed delivery teams across US, India, and UK time zones
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to drive adoption, value realization, and expansion
  • Contribute to delivery playbooks, templates, and process improvements that shorten time-to-value

Requirements

  • Minimum Qualifications
  • 8+ years in technical project management or professional services delivery, with at least 5 years as the primary customer-facing lead on enterprise implementations
  • Background in IT services, consulting, or SaaS professional services, delivering SaaS, data, or integration-heavy or or AI/ML-powered platforms for enterprise clients, including setting customer expectations on model accuracy and how AI results are checked
  • Proven track record of running concurrent customer implementations with distributed, cross-functional teams across time zones
  • Solid technical foundation: comfortable with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), APIs and integrations, data migration, and the SDLC; able to engage credibly with engineers and customer IT teams
  • Hands-on with scoping, estimation, SOWs, and change requests; keeps delivery within contracted scope
  • Working command of Agile and Waterfall delivery; hands-on with JIRA and standard PM tools
  • Experienced running kickoffs, steering committees, and executive readouts with customer stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management
  • Able to travel to customer locations up to 20–30% of the time
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience implementing data-heavy or analytics SaaS platforms
  • Experience with utilities, energy, or critical infrastructure customers
  • Exposure to geospatial/GIS data, remote sensing, AI/ML-driven or GenAI products, including answering customer questions on AI governance, data use and security
  • PMP, CSM/PSM, or equivalent certification
  • What this role is not
  • Not an internal program management role: You’ll lead delivery for external enterprise customers as their primary point of contact, not coordinate internal engineering roadmaps.
  • Not a project coordinator role: You’ll own scope, schedule, risk, and customer outcomes end to end, not just track tasks
  • Not a people-management role: This is a senior individual contributor role with no direct reports for now, although there may be an opportunity to build a team in the future (not immediately).
  • Not a remote role: You’ll work from our Palo Alto office 2 days per week and travel to customer sites up to 20–30% of the time
  • What you'll love:
  • Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision Coverage: 100% coverage for employees and 80% for their spouses and children
  • Health Reimbursement Account (HRA): 100% funded by AiDASH to cover medical deductibles
  • 401(k) Plan: Begin contributing after two months of employment to prepare for your future. Currently, no company match is offered
  • Parental Leave: Supportive parental leave with 16 weeks for primary caregivers and 4 weeks for secondary caregivers
  • Generous Vacation Policy: Accrue 20 vacation days per year, plus enjoy an additional flex holiday to celebrate whatever feels most important to you
  • Winter Break: From December 25th through January 1st, we give everyone time off to recharge and enjoy time with family and friends!
  • We are proud to be an equal-opportunity employer. We are committed to embracing diversity and inclusion in our hiring practices, and we promote a work environment where everyone, from any race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or national origin, can do their best work.
  • We offer a competitive annual pay range of $160,000 to $230,000 for this full-time position, which includes a base salary and bonus based on performance. This range reflects the anticipated annual pay range (base + bonus) for new hires. We strive to ensure our compensation packages are equitable and aligned with industry standards. Your recruiter can share more about compensation during the hiring process.
  • We are committed to providing an inclusive and accessible interview experience for all candidates. Please let us know if you require any accommodation during the interview process, and we will make every effort to meet your needs.
