Description

The company provides trusted automotive information used by people who build, sell, and own vehicles, and it is building new automotive intelligence products using AI and industry data.

The team is focused on changing the automotive industry, and the work you do helps the wider ecosystem move with more speed and confidence.

The company has been recognized as a best place to work by several regional business publications.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain connectors and integrations between identity platforms and systems such as HR, cloud, SaaS, directories, and on-premises applications.
  • Create and run automated joiner-mover-leaver (JML) provisioning pipelines, preferring API-driven and event-driven designs over manual steps.
  • Run and strengthen directory services (Active Directory, Entra ID, LDAP) and federation infrastructure so they stay reliable and secure.
  • Take ownership of monitoring, capacity planning, patching, and incident response for identity platforms, and set and meet provisioning and availability SLAs.
  • Manage identity infrastructure and configuration through version control and CI/CD, and document and peer-review every change.
  • Find high-volume, rule-based, repetitive work and automate it, assessing agentic AI options before asking for more effort.
  • Set integration and coding standards, review peers' work, and act as backup owner for an adjacent domain to remove single points of failure.
  • Make sure provisioning logs and integration audit trails support audit and resilience evidence directly.

Requirements

  • At least 6 years in identity engineering, IAM platform operations, or a closely related systems or integration engineering role.
  • Hands-on connector and integration work with at least one enterprise IAM or IGA platform such as SailPoint, Saviynt, Microsoft Entra, or Okta, including custom connector development.
  • Strong scripting and automation skills in languages such as Python or PowerShell, with experience using REST and SCIM APIs and event-driven provisioning.
  • Deep knowledge of directory services across Active Directory and/or Entra ID, LDAP, and federation using SAML and OIDC.
  • Proficiency with CI/CD and Git, an infrastructure-as-code approach, and operational discipline in monitoring, incident response, and SLA-driven platform ownership.
  • Preferred: experience with cloud identity on AWS, Azure, or GCP IAM.
  • Preferred: exposure to non-human identity (NHI) and secrets management concepts.
  • Preferred: relevant certifications in vendor IAM, cloud, or security.
  • Preferred: experience introducing AI or agentic automation into identity workflows with human-in-the-loop controls.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada at the time of hire. The company cannot provide immigration or work permit support for this role.

  • Competitive pay package, including base salary and incentive opportunities where applicable.
