Senior Full-Stack Engineer (TypeScript) (m/f/d)

Description

You join a cross-functional product team that owns a large share of the AI part of the platform: agentic solutions that take full tasks off customers' hands instead of only boosting their daily productivity.

The stack is TypeScript, Node.js, Mastra AI, React, MySQL, Kubernetes, Docker and Git/GitLab, all running on AWS.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design and build applications in the team's stack together with your colleagues.
• Work closely with product managers and designers to ship features that customers value.
• Build reliable, scalable and highly available technical solutions alongside other developers.
• Bring your own ideas for improving the product and the developer experience.

Requirements

• You know TypeScript in depth and work confidently on both backend and frontend, including complex architectures and single-page applications, with the backend as your main strength.
• You have built cloud applications on AWS.
• You write structured, efficient, maintainable code and actively protect the quality of the codebase.
• You solve problems analytically and work in a solution-oriented, KPI-driven way.
• You know how to use LLMs as components of software architecture and as a way to deliver customer value.
• You communicate clearly, and your English is above C1.
• Ideally, you are a power user of AI tools with deep experience in Claude Code, and you use them safely and responsibly to raise your productivity.
