Responsibilities

• Build customer-facing features from the ground up, end to end, working with design and engineering.
• Take on hard technical problems, such as optimizing virtualized rendering and building a reliable content management system.
• Polish the last mile of the user experience, turning working code into a great product.
• Profile the application to improve its speed, and build solutions that keep up as the user base grows.
• Help shape product direction and engineering approaches across the whole stack.
• Contribute to product and technical decisions, and carry features from development through launch.

Requirements

• Show a clear technical strength, either in building sophisticated React interfaces or in architecting robust backend infrastructure.
• Have strong product instincts and care about why something is built as much as how.
• Adapt readily and move into unfamiliar parts of the stack to ship a feature.
• Take real ownership, defining solutions yourself rather than working from a spec.
• Be keen to speak with customers and use what you hear to shape what gets built.
• No minimum experience is required, and new graduates are welcome to apply.
