Responsibilities

  • Study business needs, work with stakeholders, analyze systems, processes and data flows, and find ways to optimize across SAP (LE, IM, WM/EWM) and beyond. • Apply knowledge of pharmaceutical and healthcare processes to deliver agile, compliant, cost-effective solutions that support enterprise goals.
  • Develop and manage relationships with affiliates, subsidiaries, vendors, partners and industry peers in line with company values, Vendor Management Office standards and purchasing guidelines.
  • May mentor or supervise team members, providing technical leadership, coaching and direction. Build a culture of continuous learning, innovation, accountability and high performance, and answer for the team's and individuals' results.
  • Follow corporate policies, including the Code of Conduct, safety, GxP compliance, data security, AI governance, responsible technology use and software development lifecycle requirements.
