Description

The company builds agentic AI tools for legal and professional services, combining an enterprise platform with domain expertise to change how knowledge work is done.

The company has strong product-market fit, backing from well-regarded investors, and is growing quickly while defining a new product category.

The team moves fast, takes ownership, and stays close to customers. Its values are Decisiveness, Simplicity, and Job's Not Finished, meaning decisions are made on sound judgment without perfect information, simple approaches are preferred, and the bar is never considered met.

The role is for a Senior Customer Marketing Manager in EMEA. It focuses on the region's law firm and in-house customers: telling their stories, recognising their work, and building community around them.

The first priority is finding customers doing standout work, earning their trust, and producing written, video and spoken stories that show that work to the industry. Over time the role grows into community programmes that bring customers and the wider legal community together.

You will sit in the EMEA Marketing team and work closely with the global Customer Engagement team, which owns the overall customer marketing strategy, programmes and playbooks. You will adapt those for EMEA markets, customers and culture, build what the region needs beyond them, and share lessons back with the global team. You will also work closely with Customer Success and Sales.

You will be the first dedicated customer marketer in the region, so you will help write the playbook rather than follow one.

Responsibilities

  • Adapt the global programmes, playbooks and frameworks from the Customer Engagement team for EMEA markets, customers and culture, working alongside that team.
  • Build a pipeline of EMEA customer stories by working with customer-facing teams to identify standout customers, secure their participation and approvals, and keep stories moving through production.
  • Own written stories, video stories, quotes and references from start to finish, to a standard the customer is happy to publish.
  • Package each story for the channels with the most reach, localise it for priority EMEA markets, and make sure Sales knows what exists and how to use it.
  • Build a roster of EMEA customers who can serve as references, speakers, panellists and peer connectors. Track their participation so no one is asked too often and everyone is recognised.
  • Design and run EMEA community formats such as power user groups, customer roundtables, practitioner communities, and awards and recognition moments, each with clear goals and structured follow-up.
  • Create repeatable playbooks and processes covering story production, approvals, reference tracking and the community operating rhythm, so each new story and programme is quicker to launch.
  • Measure and improve impact by tracking stories produced, proof usage, reference activity, community engagement, and contribution to pipeline, renewals and expansion.

Requirements

  • You have 4 to 7 years of experience in customer marketing, customer advocacy, content marketing or community, ideally in B2B SaaS, technology or professional services.
  • You have a record of producing content end to end. You are an excellent writer and interviewer, can identify the real story, and can earn the trust of senior legal and business leaders.
  • You have experience building or running events, customer communities or advocacy programmes.
  • You build trust quickly with customers, Sales and Customer Success, and you enjoy time spent with customers.
  • You are highly organised and operationally rigorous, and can manage several stories, programmes and stakeholders at once.
  • You are comfortable working on your own and building from scratch in a fast-moving environment.
  • You are familiar with using AI to scale your own work.
  • Optional: experience marketing to legal, financial services, consulting, enterprise or other high-touch professional audiences.
  • Optional: additional European languages.

Conditions

The role is based in the EMEA region and sits within the EMEA Marketing team.

Equal opportunity: the company does not discriminate on any basis protected by law.

Accommodation requests for applicants with disabilities can be made through the company's accommodations contact.
