  • Spot opportunities to improve processes and bring forward practical solutions to problems.
  • Actively source passive candidates for current and future roles. Screen and interview candidates for selected positions and recommend the strongest ones to the manager or supervisor.

  • Evaluate applicants' knowledge, soft skills, experience, and aptitude.
  • Keep the ATS accurate and up to date.
  • Work with managers to set appropriate pay rates for offers and get them approved.
  • Give consultative feedback with insights and solutions that help meet hiring goals and support selection decisions.
  • Build and maintain active talent pipelines for future hiring.
  • Negotiate relocation assistance, coordinate immigration, and handle other onboarding tasks.
  • Join intake calls with clients and managers to understand new openings and what they expect.
  • Mentor and support corporate recruiters when needed.
  • Build credibility and strong partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • Carry out other duties as needed.

Requirements

  • At least 3+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience in automotive, manufacturing, IT, and/or aviation.
  • Comfortable with terminology from mechanical engineering, automotive design, information technology, software development, product lifecycle management, and manufacturing.
