Description

The company's enterprise data management team is hiring a Senior Business Analyst, Assistant Vice President, for its EDM products group.

You will report directly to the EDM Product Owner and help the product team deliver its vision, strategy, build-out and advocacy for the data management offering.

You will work with product, engineering and client-facing colleagues to deliver strong experiences and value to customers across the data platform and an investment management system.

The team is talented, open and supportive, and it values each member's input and decisions. Its goal is to give customers faster access to quality data across the enterprise.

The ideal candidate has strong business judgement, enjoys promoting data-driven decisions and the product at every level, and communicates clearly when gathering requirements, justifying decisions and presenting a roadmap.

Responsibilities

  • Help the product execution group keep initiatives moving across internal teams, customers and stakeholders.
  • Own capabilities within the data management space.
  • Check that individual features and products support business objectives.
  • Run client calls and workshops to gather customer insights that shape product decisions.
  • Set priorities, explain them and support complex, competing opportunities and market needs.
  • Work with cross-functional leaders to keep the whole organisation aligned on product delivery.
  • Help communicate the product roadmap to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work with product teams so requirements are gathered, defined, broken down and designed on time and in full.

Requirements

  • Highly driven and determined, with a business mindset.
  • Executive presence and polish to earn the trust of senior professionals and to guide and direct a team.
  • A record of delivering assigned work with a focus on quality and detail.
  • 4+ years of combined experience in a software product role.
  • Experience in enterprise data management.
  • Strong background in financial markets.
  • Understanding of the investment lifecycle, from manager due diligence through monitoring to analytics and reporting.
  • Ability to work within a global, distributed organisation.
  • Progress towards CFA or CAIA is desirable.
  • Experience with JIRA or other agile development tools.
  • Ability to travel for client engagements, about 20% of the time, including international trips.

Conditions

Hybrid working: 3 days per week in the office.

Travel for client work is about 20% of the time, including abroad.

The role is a permanent contract from the first day.

The minimum salary is zł182 004 a year in the primary location. If you work outside that location, the minimum may be different.

Pay is set by factors such as the role, the work performed, individual skills, working hours, initiative, self-management, length of service, availability, and the quantity and quality of output, along with other objective, non-discriminatory criteria.

You may be considered for discretionary annual performance awards in addition to salary.

We welcome applications from all backgrounds and treat candidates without discrimination.

Benefits

  • Two extra days off: a birthday day off and a day off for the 3rd and 5th work anniversaries.
  • Gold medical package covering you, your partner and your children.
  • Premium life insurance and a private pension plan.
  • Training in soft skills, technical topics and languages, plus development programmes.
  • Paid time to volunteer for company initiatives, employee networks or causes you choose.
  • A range of well-being programmes.
  • Further benefits may be available depending on the seniority of the role.
