This senior art director role suits a hands-on designer who generates big ideas and executes them with precision.

You will be expected to champion generative AI tools to speed up brainstorming, quick visual prototyping and routine production, freeing time for human, authentic storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Help develop and produce full-funnel integrated campaigns, with a strong focus on broadcast, digital and out-of-home media.
• Design social-first visuals, inventing new visual languages that stop the scroll and spark cultural conversation instead of repurposing TV spots.
• Work alongside copywriters from the initial brief through production so visuals and words fit tightly together.
• Take ownership of your concepts, keep raising the quality of your output and learn from the Sr. CD Art.
• Evolve the brand's look with bold new directions while respecting its core principles.
• Present and defend your visual decisions and strategy to creative directors and cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or 4+ years of work experience.
• 4+ years of relevant experience, gained through work, military service, or both.
• Even better: 5+ years at top-tier agencies or world-class in-house creative teams, with a standout portfolio of strong ATL and integrated work.
• Even better: experience with major, recognizable brands, designing within established brand guidelines while keeping a startup's agility.
• Even better: a deep passion for typography, design, photography, layout and motion graphics, and the ability to explain why work succeeds.
• Even better: hands-on time on commercial shoots and lifestyle photo sessions, plus collaboration through post-production.

Conditions

Hybrid role: work from home plus at least 3 days per week in the office, on a schedule your manager sets.

You are responsible for following the hybrid work policy.

40 scheduled hours per week.

Full-time annual salary range for the New York location: $91,500.00 - $159,000.00.

Pay varies by location and confirmed job-related skills and experience.

This is an incentive-based position with potential to earn more.

Part-time pay is adjusted to the hours you work.
