Description

The company builds AI agents for customer experience through its Cognigy platform, which combines generative and conversational AI and orchestration with enterprise systems.

This role is a senior evangelist and developer advocate in the agentic AI line of business, inside Product Marketing. You create content about the products and the wider agentic AI market, in writing, video and on stage.

You work independently. You research topics, coordinate with stakeholders, and draw on internal and external sources. You then produce the content yourself, from demos and videos to decks and webinars.

You work closely with Product, Engineering, NiCE Labs and Marketing. Much of the work is building: AI agents, demos and prototypes using coding agents such as Claude Code, the Cognigy plugin and other vibe coding tools. You do not need a software engineering background, but you must be hands-on and able to build working things. The AI market changes faster than most, and the role is designed for that pace.

Success means a steady flow of distinctive content that strengthens NiCE Cognigy's standing in agentic AI, grows the audience, and gives launch and revenue teams assets they will actually use, all within the product marketing strategy and company goals.

Responsibilities

  • Build an AI-first evangelism practice for NiCE Cognigy that matches the leading global players, covering launches, thought leadership and quick responses to market news.
  • Track agentic AI, voice AI and AI tooling closely, test new developments early, and judge what matters for the market.
  • Build AI agents, demos and prototypes yourself using Cognigy, coding agents and vibe coding tools.
  • Work with Product and NiCE Labs early on the roadmap and turn new capabilities into clear value stories.
  • Script, record and edit video, from short capability clips to launch films and build-along walkthroughs.
  • Create strong presentations and present at webinars, conferences, podcasts, and customer and analyst meetings.
  • Build the developer and builder community through content, live demos and events, and pass their feedback to Product.
  • Keep messaging aligned with Analyst Relations, Competitive Intelligence, PR and Sales Enablement.
  • Give revenue teams demo videos, decks and assets that explain complex capabilities simply.

Requirements

  • Native or near-native English, spoken and written. German is a plus.
  • Based in DACH, preferably Berlin or Düsseldorf. Remote work within DACH is possible, with travel to events and offices.
  • A track record of public work you created and presented yourself, such as YouTube videos, podcasts, conference talks, webinars or livestreams.
  • Hands-on experience building working agents, apps and prototypes with tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Lovable or n8n. You are comfortable with APIs, integrations and enough code to get things running.
  • A solid technical grasp of AI and SaaS products and the skill to turn them into customer value.
  • Speed: you can take an idea to polished, published content within hours, using a workflow you can repeat.
  • Strong storytelling and visual skills, with high standards for slides, scripts and video, and confidence presenting live and on camera to technical and business audiences.
  • A record of owning initiatives from strategy through to delivery.
  • Good stakeholder management across product, marketing and sales.
  • Include links to 3 to 5 examples of content you created and appear in, such as videos, podcast episodes, talk recordings, demos or repositories. These are reviewed first, and applications without them cannot be considered.
