SAP S/4HANA EAM Solution Architect - Senior Manager

This is a senior architecture leadership role for an SAP EAM specialist who can design solutions and also engage stakeholders. You will work with business, technology and programme leaders to set target-state processes, lead Fit-to-Standard outcomes and get SAP S/4HANA implementations delivered successfully within large transformation programmes.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end architecture of SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Asset Management solutions.
• Set target-state business processes and the roadmap for EAM solutions.
• Turn business needs into SAP solutions that scale and stay secure and sustainable over time.
• Run Fit-to-Standard workshops and encourage use of SAP best practice.
• Lead architecture for maintenance, asset lifecycle, planning and scheduling.
• Design and oversee integrations with Materials Management, Finance, Asset Accounting, Project Systems, warehousing and external operational systems.
• Guide functional and technical teams through design, build, testing and deployment.
• Identify and manage solution risks, dependencies and architectural decisions.

Requirements

• Extensive SAP experience, with deep knowledge of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Plant Maintenance.
• Proven track record as an SAP S/4HANA Solution Architect, SAP EAM Architect, SAP PM Lead or a similar role.
• Experience delivering large SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes.
• Solid understanding of maintenance operations, work order management, preventive maintenance and asset lifecycle processes.
• Experience running solution design workshops and working with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to influence decisions across functional, technical and business teams.
• You must be a New Zealand citizen holding an active security clearance, because the role handles sensitive information.
