Salesforce Solution Architect | Presales (Core)

Description

You will lead consulting projects, earn the trust of key stakeholders with a clear strategic picture, and produce statements of work and implementation plans. Strong presentation and facilitation skills are needed to set a direction customers accept and to handle hard conversations that keep strategy on track.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, implement and manage complex solutions after studying business needs closely.
• Lead end-to-end design for complex business processes and write thorough design documents.
• Advise on build or buy decisions for third-party integrations, drawing on deep knowledge of the Salesforce roadmap.
• Shape integration design with technical leaders as part of the complete solution.
• Guide data migration strategy with data and technical leaders so it reaches the intended end state.
• Own the solution across multi-workstream projects: check its soundness, coordinate project resources, and speak for the delivery team to customer stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8 years of successful IT experience.
• 3 years working as a Salesforce Architect in a mid-to-large organization.
• A proven record of driving organizational transformation within a matrixed environment.
• Proven ability to work on several projects at once.
• Desired: Excellent written and verbal presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technology to non-technical stakeholders.
• Desired: A hands-on approach, leading by example and thriving in unstructured, fast-growing environments.
• Desired: Quick learning, a positive and creative attitude, and effective work within a collaborative team.
• Desired: Experience managing the deployment of new offerings and enhancements to enterprise applications.
