Description

The company is an AI and video commerce firm that builds video commerce software for global brands and large retailers, and is working to win in agentic commerce.

The platform is described as one of the most advanced and largest in video commerce, with a network that grows as more partners join.

The company has raised over $235M to date, with SoftBank Vision Fund 2 among its lead investors, and operates at global scale.

This is a remote role open to candidates based in India or Eastern Europe, reporting into the go-to-market team's need for systems, automation and processes.

You will be a hands-on operator who builds and scales the sales and marketing systems the global go-to-market team depends on, and you should have startup experience and be comfortable combining technical depth with a working knowledge of how pipeline is created, opportunities are converted and revenue is closed.

Responsibilities

  • Own Salesforce architecture, administration, development and ongoing improvement as the global sales organization grows.
  • Turn business requirements into dependable technical solutions that balance speed, ease of use and long-term maintenance.
  • Design and build scalable data models, workflows, custom objects, validation rules and approval processes.
  • Create dashboards that show pipeline health, conversion rates, sales activity and revenue performance.
  • Build custom functionality with Apex, SOQL and Lightning Web Components where it makes sense.
  • Handle system access, permissions, data quality, documentation, testing and releases.
  • Work with sales leaders and reps in every region to find operational gaps, streamline daily work, and support adoption through training, documentation and quick responses.
  • Improve lead routing, account and opportunity management, pipeline tracking, forecasting and reporting.
  • Run HubSpot operations, including campaign workflows, segmentation, lead scoring, nurture programs and lifecycle management.
  • Keep Salesforce and HubSpot in sync with clear field mappings, ownership rules and a process for fixing errors.
  • Work with key stakeholders on lead capture, qualification, sales handoffs, campaign tracking and attribution.
  • Track funnel performance and find ways to raise lead quality, conversion and campaign execution.
  • Design, build and maintain custom integrations across Salesforce, HubSpot and other go-to-market tools using APIs, webhooks and integration platforms.
  • Build AI agents for customer engagement and sales and marketing work such as lead research, qualification, outreach support and follow-up.
  • Connect AI agents to the right systems and data, with access controls, human review and performance monitoring.
  • Troubleshoot integration failures and automation issues to keep data accurate across systems.

Requirements

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in sales operations, marketing operations, revenue operations or go-to-market systems, including time at fast-growing startups.
  • Proven Salesforce architecture and development experience, including owning complex implementations or major system improvements.
  • Hands-on skill with Salesforce configuration, Salesforce Flow, Apex, SOQL and custom development.
  • Strong experience with HubSpot and marketing automation, covering lead scoring, segmentation, nurture workflows, lifecycle stages and campaign reporting.
  • Proven record building custom integrations with REST APIs, webhooks, and integration platforms or custom code.
  • Hands-on experience building and deploying custom AI agents connected to business systems and workflows.
  • A solid grasp of sales and marketing processes, from lead acquisition and qualification through opportunity management to closed revenue.
  • Experience supporting global sales teams and working across functions and time zones.
  • Strong analytical, creative troubleshooting and project management skills.
  • Clear communication and the ability to explain technical concepts as practical business solutions.
  • A proactive ownership mindset, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment.
  • Salesforce certifications are preferred but not required.
