Description

The company builds the first compact solid-state radar that steers a true beam, and it works in all weather conditions. Its radars serve autonomous vehicles, uncrewed aircraft and drones, border security, critical infrastructure, and smart cities. The technology combines patented metamaterials with software to reach high performance at commercial prices.

Customers include companies in automotive, transportation, critical infrastructure protection, border security, smart cities, uncrewed aircraft systems, and airspace management, including urban air mobility traffic management.

The team is growing quickly. This is a hands-on individual contributor role that builds seller-ready content and enablement programs, so the sales team can ramp fast, gain technical depth, and sell well in a complex environment.

You will work with the Sr. Director of Sales Enablement and subject matter experts across the business. You will turn complex technical, product, market, competitive, and business information into clear resources for the field, and you will own assigned workstreams from discovery through launch, adoption, and ongoing improvement.

Success means sellers have a growing set of clear, practical, trusted resources for customer conversations. Expert knowledge becomes usable field content quickly. Programs and launches move from concept to execution with little oversight. Content stays current, easy to find, and improves based on seller feedback and usage.

Responsibilities

  • Write seller-ready content such as talk tracks, playbooks, discovery guides, field briefs, presentations, FAQs, training materials, process guidance, job aids, and other field resources.
  • Work with experts in Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product, Marketing, and other teams to pull out technical, product, market, competitive, and business information and shape it into actionable content.
  • Capture knowledge that sits with individual experts and turn it into scalable resources sellers can find and use.
  • Run assigned workstreams yourself, from requirements gathering through development, stakeholder review, launch, adoption, and improvement.
  • Own assigned parts of enablement programs, such as new hire onboarding, continuous learning, product and solution readiness, sales process education, and ongoing field readiness.
  • Turn launch direction into seller content that explains what is changing, why it matters, and how to use it in customer conversations.
  • Work with Marketing to keep seller materials consistent with brand, positioning, and messaging, while writing field content that Sales Enablement owns.
  • Interview SMEs and other stakeholders to find critical knowledge, clear up gaps, and decide how to present it to a sales audience.
  • Build and deliver training sessions, workshops, presentations, and other learning when it fits, designed to be applied in the field.
  • Keep the seller content library current and organized so sellers can quickly find resources and know when and how to use them.
  • Collect feedback and track usage, program participation, and adoption to improve your content and programs.
  • Find ways to make enablement content and processes more scalable, consistent, and effective, then recommend and carry out those changes in your areas.

Requirements

  • Produce a high volume of polished content while juggling deliverables, reviews, and deadlines without losing quality.
  • Learn technical concepts fast and turn them into messaging and resources for non-technical or mixed audiences.
  • Write, edit, synthesize, and organize at a high level, turning complex or scattered information into clear, concise, usable content.
  • Interview and work with SMEs to draw out their knowledge, identify what the audience needs, and build content with limited direction.
  • Take projects or programs from definition through delivery, launch, and improvement on your own, handling many priorities, stakeholders, and deliverables.
  • Use sound judgment and problem solving: work through ambiguity, spot gaps, ask the right questions, and choose a path forward.
  • Communicate well in writing, speaking, and presentations.
  • Build strong working relationships across Sales, Marketing, Product, Solutions Engineering, and other technical and business teams.
  • Hold a bachelor's degree or an equivalent mix of education and relevant experience.
  • Be proficient with PowerPoint and other tools for content development, presentations, and collaboration.
  • During interviews, be ready to show examples of your content covering writing, technical translation, production, or other sales enablement work.
  • Strongly preferred: experience creating content for a technical, enterprise, aerospace, defense, or complex B2B sales environment.
  • A plus: experience with sales enablement platforms, learning management systems, content management systems, or similar technology.
  • A plus: experience supporting seller readiness, onboarding, product or solution launches, or other go-to-market programs.
