Description

You will join the in-house advertising agency and production studio within the Personal Care division, making social content for the Beauty and Personal Care brands.

The role covers the whole process: you spot a trend, adapt it to a brand, film it quickly, and edit it yourself.

Speed and relevance matter more than elaborate sets. Output should feel native to social feeds while still looking premium.

You will work alongside Creative Directors, brand partners, and the wider team to keep fresh social assets flowing.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, film, and edit social content on your own, from idea to a finished file ready to post.
  • Make content for Instagram, TikTok, Meta, Pinterest, and YouTube Shorts, tailored to each platform's style.
  • Capture footage with whatever mix of equipment suits the job, from a phone to a professional camera.
  • Cover product shots, lifestyle scenes, creator partnerships, application demos, and trend-led posts.
  • Deliver finished assets without a full crew or post team, and turn them around the same day when a deadline requires it.
  • Keep up with trends, viral formats, and new styles, and test them in your own work.
  • Balance brand polish with a native social feel so content does not look overproduced.
  • Track what performs and use those findings to shape upcoming pieces.
  • Build an always-on library of social assets that stop the scroll.
  • Translate brand objectives from Creative Directors into social content.
  • Work with the DP, editors, and CG team on hybrid or higher-production projects when needed.
  • Manage your own media files, project files, and deliverables.
  • Report on what is working across platforms and suggest how the team can stay ahead.

Requirements

  • At least 3+ years of content making experience, with a portfolio to show.
  • Able to take an idea through shooting and editing into a finished asset within tight deadlines.
  • Understand how content supports brand building, campaign goals, audience engagement, and wider business aims.
  • Know social platforms well, including their trends, algorithms, formats, and the informal norms that shape them.
  • Able to make products look aspirational, with a working grasp of lighting and composition.
  • Comfortable with varied equipment, from phone capture to professional cameras, and deliver good results whatever the setup.
  • Proficient in quick editing with Premiere, Final Cut, or a mobile app, with basic motion graphics for text, transitions, and effects.
  • Think in story: pacing, emotion, and hooking viewers early.
  • Self-directed and resourceful, able to spot opportunities, pitch ideas, and carry them out alone.
  • Work effectively with brand, design, media, community, production, and agency partners.
  • Know when to refine work and when good enough is the right call.
