The company designs, manufactures, and assembles advanced systems for some of the world's most demanding industries, using an integrated engineering and manufacturing platform that turns complex designs into production-ready solutions.
It is a qualified Tier 1 supplier to global automotive OEMs and supports leading U.S. aerospace and defense companies.
This hands-on role focuses on high-volume recruiting for production and manufacturing operations, mainly hourly, non-exempt, technician, skilled-trades, and production positions that are key to scaling.
You will own hiring from intake through offer, work closely with hiring managers, and build talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles in a fast-moving setting where priorities can change quickly.
Responsibilities
Run full-cycle recruiting for non-exempt and hourly roles across production and manufacturing.
Fill positions such as Production Technicians, Manufacturing Technicians, CNC Machinists, Quality Inspectors, Metrology Technicians, Maintenance Technicians, Material Handlers, Logistics/Warehouse staff, and other skilled-trades or technician roles.
Work with Production and Operations leaders to clarify hiring needs, technical requirements, shift patterns, and timelines.
Hold intake meetings and turn hiring manager requirements into sourcing and recruiting plans.
Review applications, screen candidates, judge their qualifications, and advance strong ones through the process quickly.
Actively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, community partners, trade schools, workforce programs, and career fairs.
Build pipelines for high-volume and repeat roles instead of depending mainly on inbound applications.
Organise hiring events, onsite interviews, career fairs, and other high-volume recruiting efforts as needed.
Keep candidates informed throughout the process and give them a good experience.
Work with Recruiting Coordinators and hiring teams to schedule interviews fast and collect feedback promptly.
Juggle several open requisitions and set priorities for the most critical hires.
Keep candidate activity, dispositions, notes, and recruiting data accurate in Greenhouse.
Track pipeline health and spot bottlenecks, sourcing gaps, or delays on the hiring manager side.
Use recruiting data on source performance, conversion rates, time-to-fill, and other trends.
Build lasting relationships with local talent communities, technical schools, workforce development groups, and other skilled-talent sources.
Work with the wider Recruiting team to improve processes, tools, and candidate experience.
