Recruiter II - FSP

Description

The company develops science-based solutions for major challenges such as environmental protection, food safety and cancer research.

This is a Recruiter II role on a global team that hires across manufacturing, operations, commercial, R&D and corporate functions.

You will own full-cycle recruiting and work closely with hiring managers to bring in qualified people.

Responsibilities

• Work with hiring managers to find and secure qualified candidates across manufacturing, operations, commercial, R&D and corporate roles.
• Manage the full recruiting cycle while keeping the candidate experience strong at every step.
• Build sourcing plans and use current recruiting tools and methods to find and reach out to talent.
• Run competency-based interviews.
• Build lasting working relationships with stakeholders across the business.
• Help shape talent acquisition strategy.
• Keep hiring practices compliant with employment law and company policy.
• Represent the company culture, which is built on Integrity, Intensity, Innovation and Involvement.

Requirements

• Either an advanced degree with no prior experience required, or a bachelor's degree plus 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Degree in business, human resources or a related field (preferred).
• HR or recruiting certifications (preferred).
• Experience with applicant tracking and candidate relationship management tools, with Workday experience (preferred).
• Working knowledge of sourcing methods, including social media, Boolean search and direct outreach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and spoken communication.
• Background in clinical research, pharma, biotech or life sciences (preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to handle several priorities at once in a changing environment.
• Knowledge of employment law and HR compliance rules.
• Able to build relationships and gain buy-in without formal authority.
• Service-minded, with skill in managing stakeholders.
• Well organized and detail oriented.
• Fluent English is required; other languages may be needed, as requirements vary by location.
• Able to keep confidential information private.
• Travel of up to 10-15% may be required.

Conditions

Standard schedule, Monday to Friday.
