  • Work with Process Quality Managers to embed quality into Customer Services processes.
  • Digital leadership (30%): Manage the Skywise project folder for Quality Customer Services and Cross Programmes.
  • Maintain and improve the following dashboards in Skywise, and own each one: External Audit & Findings - Customer Services, Internal Audit & Findings - Customer Services, SARI, PPS, and Tech Request 0-3M.
  • Serve as Gemini ambassador and Skywise contact for Quality Customer Services and Cross Programmes.
  • Contribute to, or lead, other activities in the team's cross-functional portfolio.

Requirements

  • A diploma or master's degree in aerospace engineering, quality management or an equivalent qualification gained another way.
  • Professional experience in quality management, Customer Services, or both.
