What will your day look like?

Your time will be spent planning, orchestrating cross-functional teams, steering budgets and timelines, communicating with clients, and proactively removing obstacles. We work in a nimble, collaborative way, moving between project management software, sprint boards, budget sheets, and client steering meetings. Some projects will arrive with a clear brief; others will require navigating shifting requirements and complex enterprise systems. You’ll be the driving force that ensures our projects are delivered smoothly, on scope, and to the highest standard.

End-to-end project management: Take full responsibility for managing multiple projects simultaneously from initiation to completion, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards, milestone deadlines, and budget requirements.

Cross-functional orchestration: Organize multidisciplinary teams (specialists in CRM, engineering, QA and data) and coordinate efforts, navigating obstacles, challenges, and shifting priorities to deliver on time and within scope.

Client partnership and communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients on assigned projects, providing clear and regular updates, managing expectations, and promptly addressing concerns or issues.

Bridging teams and stakeholders: Foster transparent, effective communication between internal delivery teams, clients, and external third parties, translating technical complexity into clear business context.

Monitoring, risk, and KPI tracking: Drive and monitor progress, identify risks early, and implement proactive mitigation strategies. Produce comprehensive project reports, track velocity and KPIs, and analyze performance.

Mentorship and team support: Support and guide junior team members, delegating work effectively, offering constructive feedback, and fostering their professional growth.

Who are you going to work with?

You will report directly to a Programme Director or Client Service Director (depending on team organization) and be guided in day-to-day delivery by senior leadership or a Senior Project Manager within the team.

You will sit at the centre of cross-functional delivery pods, collaborating closely with CRM strategists, marketing automation engineers, technical architects, QA testers, UI/UX designers, and account managers. Together, you will turn strategic client goals into live, high-impact enterprise marketing solutions.

What do you bring to the table?

Language skills: Professional working proficiency or native fluency in German (both written and spoken), alongside fluent English, to effectively lead client steering conversations and manage DACH-region stakeholder communications.

Strong PM methodologies: Deeper understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid models), risk and issue management, scope management, and resource allocation.

A proactive, "four-wheel drive" mindset: Demonstrated resilience and initiative, able to tackle complex project issues, navigate terrain changes, and drive momentum across daily work.
