Description

The company is a men's luxury style destination online, running since 2011. It sells fashion, fine watches, grooming and lifestyle products from leading designers, with its own private label and exclusive capsule collaborations with brand partners.

Its top clients get first access to products, a personal shopper and invitation-only events. Content across its platforms covers styling advice and stories about men, places and products. It also runs a responsible curation programme and a long-standing partnership that raises awareness of men's mental and physical health.

The company is part of LuxExperience, a digital, multi-brand luxury group. This role sits in the Customer marketing team and manages the delivery of marketing creative and copy across many formats and executions.

You will be the main link between Creative, Shoot Production and business teams such as Marketing, Editorial, Site, CRM, Personal Shopping, PR & Events, and others as needed, including packaging, print, own brand and paid media. You need careful organisation, attention to detail, steady initiative, strong admin skills and good interpersonal skills to support the stakeholders who depend on the team to get work finished.

Responsibilities

  • Scope projects, set budgets, and plan timelines and meetings before and after each shoot. Assess risks from concept to final delivery.

  • Make sure every brief is clear, complete and assigned to the right production or creative team. Use project management tools where needed.
  • Gather asset requirements from across the business and solve problems with stakeholders so delivery succeeds.
  • Build and keep detailed plans for campaigns and promotions. Lead project status and resource meetings to report progress to senior stakeholders, team members, suppliers and contractors.
  • Work with the Head of Customer, the Director of Comms & Events, Regional Marketing Managers, Personal Shopping teams and CRM Content Managers to deliver campaigns successfully.
  • Brief suppliers, request comparison quotes, control costs and build budgets when needed.
  • Find and push efficiency and process improvements in workflows across Customer and Brand teams.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing marketing projects in creative, agency, fashion, luxury, retail or digital settings.
  • A record of delivering multi-platform campaigns on time and within budget.
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle many projects and deadlines. Experience with relevant project management tools is needed.
  • Confident problem-solver with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive, service-minded and solutions-focused approach.
  • Comfortable adapting in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • A genuine interest in creative, fashion and luxury image-making.
