Project Manager Internship (m/f/div)

Description

The company supplies professional communication and security solutions across four businesses: audio, video, intrusion and access, and electronics manufacturing services.

Since separating from the Bosch Group in mid-2025, it has operated as an independent company within the portfolio of European investment firm Triton.

In fiscal 2025 the group earned over €1 billion in revenue and employed about 4,000 people in more than 40 countries.

Responsibilities

• Help the Project Manager draft project plans, schedules and resource allocations.
• Prepare project documentation, meeting minutes, status reports and presentations.
• Help coordinate communication between team members, stakeholders and external vendors.
• Track project tasks, deadlines and deliverables.
• Collect and analyse project data to support decisions and monitor performance.
• Learn to spot potential project risks and issues, and help the Project Manager plan how to address them.
• Follow established project management methods and company processes.
• Help the Project Manager maintain good working relationships with stakeholders.
• Take part in training and mentoring, and ask for feedback to build your project management skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field. Recent graduates are welcome to apply.
• A genuine interest in building a career in project management.
• Strong organisational skills and close attention to detail.
• Good spoken and written communication skills.
• A proactive approach to finding and solving problems.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to adjust to shifting priorities and pick up new tools and processes quickly.
