Project Manager

Description

The role sits in the Project Management organization of the company Services & Solutions, a global group of over 3,500 colleagues that provides business services to the company partners from sites in Budapest, Riga, Chennai, Hyderabad, San José and Kuala Lumpur.

You report to the Chapter Lead for Project Management and work with the Marketing Technologies solution teams, who deliver strategic change while keeping current solutions running.

You act as a strategic right hand and operational coordinator to the Product Solution Owner, working with commercial, medical, IT and regional stakeholders, often without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day delivery across the solution area: lead scrums and sprint planning, keep the product backlog current, and maintain action and decision logs.
• Serve as the main point of contact for incoming cross-program requests, structure them, and keep product teams focused on priorities.
• Plan and track complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives across programs, keeping them aligned with strategic timelines.
• Track internal and external dependencies end to end, and refine handovers between product owners and other functions.
• Set up consistent project standards and transparent tracking of the product initiative portfolio for leadership.
• Define and drive KPI tracking and status reporting, keeping schedule and budget on target across parallel initiatives.
• Coach product teams on project delivery as the subject matter expert, helping embed one common delivery approach.
• Contribute to the Project Management Chapter by improving methods, services and community engagement, building upskilling content and toolkits, managing your own development, and sharing what you learn.

Requirements

• A university degree and 5+ years of project management experience. Experience in business consulting or marketing technologies is a strong advantage.
• Solid grasp of project management fundamentals such as waterfall and SCRUM, and the tools that support them.
• Experience leading global or complex projects, organizing resources and setting clear priorities.
• Ability to motivate and lead a project team, including team members when needed.
• Excellent English communication, with a proven record of influencing, negotiating and collaborating across global teams.
• Ability to communicate well across the levels of a complex matrix organization.
• Experience managing project finances and resources.
• Ideally, exposure to a related area such as project change management, business consulting or methodology coaching.
• Customer centricity, collaborative working, presentation and influencing skills, and business acumen with systems thinking.
