Description

You will report to the Head of Data Operations for EMEA and help improve the company's real estate data work across Europe.

You will run cross-functional projects with Research, Business Intelligence, Data Operations and several of the company's business lines. The company is moving quickly into AI, so you will help improve tools, processes and data quality across the whole data lifecycle, from entry and capture to reporting and how business teams use the results.

The company is an international business, more than 100 years old, and still growing steadily.

Responsibilities

  • Manage data projects across the EMEA region, including those that use AI and automation.
  • Take innovation and transformation projects from initial scoping through to measurable business results.
  • Find and put in place ways to improve data tools and processes so that performance and analytics get stronger.
  • Organise real estate data so that Business, Research and Transaction Services teams get the most from it.
  • Improve the full data lifecycle, covering entry and capture, reporting, and how Research, Business and BI teams use data to act.
  • Keep data quality high by investigating, validating and fixing issues on your own.
  • Lead rollouts of new tools and processes, including training, communication plans and stakeholder alignment.
  • Address resistance to change, adjusting rollout methods to each business line and its level of data maturity.
  • Build close working relationships with Research, Data, Innovation and Business teams in France and across EMEA.
  • Report progress, risks and recommendations clearly to senior leaders and non-technical audiences, including steering committee reports.

Requirements

  • You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, real estate, project management, business-oriented data, or a related field.
  • You have 5 to 10 years of experience in commercial real estate, consulting, data project management or operations, and you use AI tools regularly in business processes.
  • You have led transformation or change projects on your own, including getting tools and processes adopted by several stakeholder groups.
  • You understand data models and structures and can use SQL to query, validate and troubleshoot data independently.
  • You write and speak clearly, turning technical data issues into plain business language.
  • You are genuinely interested in automation and AI and have identified and piloted practical use cases such as workflow automation, AI-assisted data entry or QA, and RPA.
  • You stay organised and coordinate well, handling several projects at once.
  • You are strong at interpersonal work and managing stakeholders.
  • You work effectively in an international, multicultural setting.
  • You are a native French speaker with professional English at B2-C1.
  • You have managed or mentored junior data or analytics staff.
  • You understand the French commercial real estate market well.
  • You are familiar with BI and analytics tools such as Power BI, SQL and Power Automate.
  • A project management certification (Agile, PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent) is a nice to have.
