Project Manager

Description

The network runs from Budapest (Hungary), Riga (Latvia), Chennai and Hyderabad (India), San José (Costa Rica) and Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia), plus other sites, and works around the clock to co-create solutions.

You will sit in the project management group and report to the chapter lead for project management.

Responsibilities

• Own global projects from start to finish, using Agile, Waterfall or hybrid approaches chosen to fit each project.
• Lead teams that span countries, setting clear roles, milestones and realistic resource plans to reach agreed business goals.
• Build trust with stakeholders of many kinds, keeping them aligned, communicating openly and guiding change across the project lifecycle.
• Keep projects on track by setting workable timelines, managing risks, tracking budgets and giving steering groups honest status updates.
• Take an active part in the chapter by contributing to training materials, service offerings and ongoing process improvements.
• Stay current with market practices and modern project tools, and coach colleagues across the organization.

Requirements

• You lead projects with flexibility, work well with others and care about lasting results and strong working relationships across global teams.
• You have 5+ years of project management experience, including leading complex initiatives, managing budgets and optimizing resources across the full project lifecycle.
• You have practical knowledge of Waterfall, Scrum and other Agile frameworks, along with current collaboration tools.
• You explain complex ideas clearly, build trust with diverse partners and handle matrixed environments with empathy and skilled negotiation.
• You hold a university degree in Business, Information Systems or Engineering, or an equivalent mix of education and hands-on professional experience.
• You have some exposure to related fields such as organizational change management, business consulting or methodology coaching, and you enjoy developing others.

Conditions

Home office is common, with 2 office days per week.
