Project Engineering Delivery Manager

The company is hiring a Project Engineering Delivery Manager for its Airspace Mobility Solutions team in Portugal.

The group invests more than €4.5 billion a year in research and development, focusing on areas such as artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, quantum and cloud technologies.

The group generated €22.1 billion in sales in 2025 and employs more than 85,000 people across 65 countries.

Responsibilities

• Understand systems engineering and the system and software development life cycles.
• Plan and organise your work, pay close attention to detail, and juggle several priorities at once.
• Keep an overview of complex situations and run work that spans many tasks.
• Manage and coordinate engineering staff and technical teams.
• Track technical progress, including the engineering schedule and KPIs, the allocated budget, and related risks and opportunities.

Requirements

• A degree in Computer Engineering or a closely related field.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Technical Manager.
• Knowledge of systems engineering and system development life cycles.
• Experience coordinating technical teams.
• A good command of English.
• Willingness to travel.
