Description

The role leads the EMEA demand generation agenda for new customers and the standards for marketing execution across the region.

You will turn installed-base insight and external market signals into qualified pipeline and set repeatable standard work for campaigns, events and related activity, with a focus on speed, consistency, governance and commercial results.

The team works with marketing, sales, service, commercial operations, data and analytics, and regional leaders. The role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

  • Own the EMEA SDR line and make sure it fits the overall campaign strategy and operating model for new-customer leads drawn from installed-base data and external databases.
  • Work with campaign leaders to turn growth priorities from domain leaders into a plan covering forecasts, target segments, campaign logic, qualification criteria, value hypotheses, ownership and launch dates.
  • Align with marketing, sales, service, commercial operations, data and analytics, and regional leaders on priorities, capacity, handoffs and follow-up expectations.
  • Oversee data quality, enrichment, segmentation and lead routing so leads are actionable, compliant and assigned through agreed CRM processes.
  • Set up performance governance covering lead forecast against actuals, lead quality, conversion, cycle time, pipeline creation and revenue contribution, and give senior leaders clear insights and recommendations.
  • Run pilots, gather seller and customer feedback, and scale high-performing lead sources and campaign models across markets and domains.
  • Use marketing intent and insight tools to build customer segments and outreach lists for business development representatives.
  • Design and own standard work for EMEA marketing, including campaign types, intake and prioritization, activation, events, webinars, trade shows, lead capture, follow-up and measurement.
  • Write playbooks, SOPs, templates, checklists, RACI models and stage-gate controls that define roles, decisions, inputs, outputs and service levels.
  • Contribute to global process priorities and their rollout with the global team.
  • Run cross-functional process design and continuous-improvement workshops to simplify handoffs and remove duplication, delays and execution risk.
  • Set up a governance rhythm to track adoption, exceptions, process health and business outcomes, and keep a controlled repository of current standards.
  • Lead change through stakeholder alignment, communication, capability building and coaching so regional teams apply the agreed ways of working.
  • Benchmark practices, find automation and AI opportunities, and sponsor improvements that raise productivity, transparency, scalability and customer impact.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of experience managing programs or projects, or working on a program team as a functional lead.
  • Experience working in a regional or global marketing organization.
  • Ability to communicate clearly on technical topics with C-level and VP-level stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills, including project planning, project management and team building.
  • Experience with a range of structured problem-solving methods and reporting tools, including Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Solid grasp of financial concepts.
  • Ability to work effectively in a global team.
  • Experience with a marketing tools suite, including marketing automation and intent or insight tools.
  • Preferred: a bachelor's degree in engineering, business, marketing or a related field.
  • Preferred: experience with Lean methodology or Six Sigma.
