Description

The company is looking for a Program Cybersecurity Manager to lead cybersecurity strategy, oversight and delivery across its growing NASA portfolio, with NASA JPL as the main customer.

You will shape and run an integrated program covering round-the-clock security operations, AI-enabled cyber capabilities, enterprise risk management, NASA and federal compliance, and coordination with engineering and IT service management staff.

The company is a global technology and professional services firm serving major U.S. government, defense and intelligence agencies. It has about 26,000 staff in more than 50 countries, working across AI, cloud, cyber and software development.

The right person is a seasoned cyber executive with prior NASA JPL experience, a record of leading complex programs, and strong skills in people leadership and customer engagement. You will handle several workstreams at once.

  • Carry out the company's cyber priorities in line with NASA JPL standards, policies and the wider NASA community.
  • Spot emerging threats, suggest strategic improvements, and deliver measurable security upgrades.
  • Make sure service delivery is secure and fits NASA mission needs and enterprise security expectations.
  • Support the company's NASA JPL account management, focusing on cyber program growth, customer relationships and secure service delivery.
  • Develop, maintain and oversee the cyber strategy, program plans and security architecture for NASA JPL missions.
  • Direct cyber operations, engineering and incident response teams so NASA and federal security requirements are met.
  • Find security risks, vulnerabilities and threats early, and change plans and defenses to keep compliance and resilience.
  • Make sure all security deliverables meet quality standards and follow NASA, NIST, federal frameworks and regulatory guidance.
  • Track, analyze and report cyber metrics, risks and program performance using data.
  • Oversee continuous monitoring, incident response, audit readiness and enterprise risk management.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree and at least five years of cyber leadership or enterprise cybersecurity program management experience.
  • Substantial experience working in the NASA JPL environment and building cyber solutions for NASA mission needs.
  • Strong oral, written and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex cyber topics to executives and non-technical audiences.
  • A proven record of managing customer relationships on high-visibility federal programs.
  • Experience leading and mentoring remote cyber teams, including performance management and skill development.
  • Experience creating cyber strategies, tracking cyber metrics, supporting audits, and running training or demonstrations.
  • A record of bringing new cyber technologies into operations, improving operational excellence, and exceeding expectations in enterprise cyber settings.
  • Ability to obtain and keep the government security clearances the role requires.
  • Desired: experience with ServiceNow.
