Description

The company is a global B2B fintech that runs an API platform, letting partners build investing and trading features for their clients worldwide, usually inside a mobile app.

Its toolkit supports conventional investment workflows as well as newer approaches such as fractional share ownership. Products cover US equities, mutual funds, ETFs, fixed income and options.

The team combines start-up speed with Wall Street discipline, pairing institutional-grade execution and regulatory compliance with room for experimentation.

You will shape how the products are understood, valued and adopted in the market, turning customer needs, market insight and product capabilities into clear stories that support growth. You will work closely with Product, Sales, Marketing and Customer Success, have a say in product strategy, and see your work feed into engagement and adoption.

The company uses AI to work faster. It looks for people who are curious about AI and quick to adopt new tools to improve signal quality, cut friction and deliver results sooner. Your skill with internal tools matters as much as your core expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Plan product launches from kickoff through post-launch, with timelines, milestones and success measures.

  • Find barriers to adoption and build plans to lift usage and customer value.
  • Produce guides, tutorials, release notes and customer announcements.
  • Write case studies, blog posts, white papers, webinars and product videos.
  • Plan and run integrated campaigns with Marketing that support product goals.
  • Work with design, content and demand generation teams to produce high-quality assets.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in product marketing, product management, marketing or sales enablement.
  • Strong written and verbal communication that makes complex ideas clear and engaging.
  • Hands-on experience with market research, competitor analysis and customer insight gathering.
  • A track record of monitoring competitors' offerings, positioning and go-to-market strategies.
  • Ability to collaborate and build solid relationships across teams.
  • Experience creating presentations, sales materials and other marketing content.
  • Familiarity turning technical product capabilities into customer-focused value propositions.
