Description

The company builds business management software for small and mid-sized organisations in commercial and non-profit sectors across Europe, the USA and APAC, serving more than 160,000 of them through cloud products and integrated AI features.

The company is one of the largest business management software providers headquartered in the UK and employs over 9,300 people.

The team is looking for people who share its belief in improving things and who will help it keep growing.

The company uses a blended office model, with time spent in one of its offices and time elsewhere.

Responsibilities

  • Turn stakeholder needs into product decisions that support business goals and move key metrics such as conversion and retention.
  • Work with the Engineering, Design and Data teams to shape, test and ship product ideas.
  • Use tools, including AI, to build prototypes quickly and bring concepts to life.
  • Own decisions, act quickly, and adjust based on feedback and data.
  • Your skills and experience might also include:
  • Experience working in a product-led environment, ideally in software, digital platforms or payments.
  • Understanding of product metrics such as customer retention, churn and conversion.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
  • Interest in emerging technologies and how they can make products and user experiences better.

Requirements

  • You are an early-career Product Manager who cares about outcomes rather than just shipping features.
  • You enjoy solving real business problems, using data to make decisions, and working with others to create meaningful impact.
  • You are curious and commercially aware, and you are comfortable using modern tools like AI to test ideas fast.
  • You do well in a quick-moving setting where you take ownership, keep learning, and keep growing.

Conditions

Blended office working, with time spent in one of the company's offices.

Equal opportunity statement: the company values diversity and welcomes applicants who do not meet every listed requirement.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary.
  • 25 days of leave a year, including wellbeing days.
  • A health contribution.
  • A choice of benefits to suit you.
  • Three paid charity days to support a cause you care about.
  • Support to progress your success plan and access to career development opportunities.
