Why Choose the company?

Are you ready to transform the way businesses pay and get paid? The company is a global leader in business payments and cash management, with over 35 years of experience and moving more than $16 trillion in payments annually. We're looking for passionate individuals to join our team and help drive impactful results for our customers. If you're dedicated to delighting customers and promoting growth and innovation - we want you on our team!

Accounts Payable Automation

A critical product delivery role responsible for advancing the company's strategic AP Automation roadmap and using AI to increase the speed, quality and impact of Product Management work.

Who Are We?

The company is on a mission to be the world's leading business payments company, transforming the way businesses pay and get paid. We serve financial institutions and companies around the world, with teams across North America and EMEA collaborating to deliver innovative financial technology solutions.

Culture and Values

We are one global team, working with and for each other to delight customers through excellent execution and create sustained business value for our customers, our team and our partners. Our culture encourages people to be brave and curious, drive to closure and live our principles every day.

Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to play a critical role in the continued development and delivery of the company's Accounts Payable Automation solutions.

This position is responsible for the product management and delivery of several critical capabilities within AP Automation related to data capture, data quality and validation, and machine learning for automated coding. These capabilities sit at the front end of the invoice automation process and are fundamental to helping customers reduce manual work, improve processing quality and move toward increasingly intelligent, straight-through invoice processing.

The Senior Product Manager translates product strategy and priorities into clearly defined requirements and works closely with Engineering, Architecture, Operations, UX/design, data science and Product leadership to turn those requirements into high-quality capabilities.

This individual must be a proven, AI-forward product leader. AI should not be viewed solely as functionality built into our products. It should also fundamentally change how Product Management work gets done. The Senior Product Manager will actively incorporate AI into day-to-day workflows to increase speed, improve the quality and depth of analysis, accelerate documentation and create more capacity for higher-value product thinking and customer problem solving.

The role is highly collaborative and hands-on. Success requires the ability to move comfortably between product direction and detailed execution, including researching a problem, defining requirements, building structured product requirements documents (PRDs), leading refinement, evaluating design alternatives, reviewing functionality as it is developed, resolving questions during development and validating that delivered capabilities achieve the intended customer and business outcomes.

How You'll Contribute

Own the execution and delivery of assigned areas of the AP Automation roadmap .

Translate established product strategy and roadmap priorities into executable product plans, detailed requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and development-ready documentation.

Drive assigned initiatives from initial problem definition through design, development, validation, release and ongoing iteration.

Maintain a clear, prioritized backlog reflecting strategic priorities, customer needs, operational requirements, technical dependencies and delivery commitments.

Proactively identify requirements gaps, dependencies, risks and decisions that could affect roadmap delivery and drive them to resolution.

Balance strategic roadmap commitments with customer needs, production considerations, product maintenance and other priorities affecting assigned product areas.

Maintain urgency and ownership around roadmap execution while ensuring speed does not compromise product quality or customer experience.

D evelop deep expertise in the capabilities for which they are responsible and understand how each contributes to the broader AP Automation experience.

Incorporate AI into the daily Product Management workflow rather than treating it as an occasional productivity tool. Use AI extensively in the creation and refinement of product documentation while maintaining human ownership and accountability for the resulting requirements.

Experiment with emerging AI capabilities and workflows, measure whether they materially improve effectiveness and share successful practices with the broader Product organization.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Product Management, Product Owner or comparable software product experience, preferably within an Agile/SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated experience owning requirements and delivery for complex software products or capabilities.
  • Hands on experience using generative AI and AI-enabled tools as part of daily Product Management work.
  • Strong ability to translate business and customer needs into detailed PRDs, requirements, user stories, workflows, business rules and acceptance criteria.
  • Experience working directly with software Engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead effective refinement sessions and ensure requirements are development-ready.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to evaluate developing functionality against business requirements and intended customer outcomes.
  • Ability to understand complex technical and business concepts and communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong decision-making skills and the ability to evaluate trade-offs and maintain delivery momentum in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage concurrent roadmap priorities, dependencies and deliverables.
  • A self-starter who demonstrates ownership, proactively solves problems and drives issues to closure.
  • Experience with Accounts Payable, invoice automation, financial technology, document/data capture, machine learning and/or predictive technologies, is highly desirable.
  • We welcome talent at all career stages and are dedicated to understanding and supporting additional needs. We're proud to be an equal opportunity employer, committed to creating an inclusive and open environment for everyone.
