Description

The company is the world's leading live entertainment business, made up of three units: a ticketing business, a concerts business, and a media and sponsorship business.

The ticketing unit sells over 620 million tickets a year for about 10,000 clients worldwide. The concerts unit promotes more than 50,000 events a year for nearly 7,000 artists in 40+ countries.

The media and sponsorship unit links more than 1,200 sponsors with the 145 million fans who attend the company's events each year, using music-based marketing programs.

The Data Analytics team needs a Product Manager to act as its dedicated product lead. You will set the vision, strategy and roadmap for its data products and lead the rollout of a new set of AI-enabled tools.

You will work closely with the technical builders on the product side and serve as the link between the analytics team and business stakeholders across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Set the product vision, strategy and roadmap for the Data Analytics team's data, analytics and AI products.
  • Lead the development and launch of AI-native analytics capabilities with engineering, data science, analytics and business teams.
  • Turn complex stakeholder needs into clear priorities and product requirements, weighing business value, user needs, technical feasibility and speed.
  • Bring clarity to unclear situations and push complex initiatives forward quickly in a large, matrixed organization.
  • Define success measures, drive adoption and manage change, and keep improving products using user feedback and data.
  • Present priorities, trade-offs and recommendations to senior stakeholders, including build-or-buy decisions.

Requirements

  • You have 5+ years of product management experience on data, analytics, AI or other technically complex products.
  • You have a record of leading cross-functional work in a large organization and delivering at pace.
  • You lead with a steady, decisive style, use sound judgment, take ownership and work well when the path is uncertain.
  • You have worked with data, analytics, engineering or data science teams to build enterprise products.
  • You can turn complex technical ideas into clear business requirements and influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • You hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or have equivalent practical experience.
  • Preferred: a master's degree or other postgraduate education.
  • Preferred: working knowledge of data science and analytics methods so you can check data, metrics and analytical outputs. A deep engineering background is not needed.
  • Preferred: current knowledge of AI and LLM technologies and the vendors behind them, and skill using agentic workflows for data analysis, data storytelling and product management.
  • Preferred: experience assessing enterprise data and AI platforms and their vendors.
  • Preferred: experience in media, entertainment, advertising, sponsorship or audience analytics.

Conditions

You work across engineering, data science, analytics and business teams inside a large, matrixed organization.

Benefits

  • Health: medical, vision, dental and mental health cover for you and your family, a health care concierge, and access to Flexible Spending or Health Savings Accounts (FSA or HSA).
  • Personal time: free concert tickets, generous paid time off including paid holidays, sick time and personal days.
  • Financial: a 401(k) with company match and a stock reimbursement program.
  • Family: new parent programs including caregiver leave, plus fertility, adoption, foster or surrogacy support.
  • Career: career and skill development programs, tuition reimbursement and student loan repayment.
  • Community: volunteer time off and a crowdfunding match.
