Description

The company uses geo-data to help clients design, build and run their assets safely, sustainably and efficiently, with a focus on site characterization, asset integrity and marine operations, combined with digital tools.

The company works on some of the most complex offshore and infrastructure projects in the world and is investing in scalable software products that connect data, people and operations.

VirGeo is the company's main digital platform, combining geo-data, operational workflows and digital capabilities in one connected system. The Insights domain gives the company teams and customers a shared operational view.

In this role you own the objectives and roadmap for the Insights domain, coordinate stakeholders across the business and decide how existing and new capabilities fit together on the platform.

Responsibilities

  • Set the product objectives, roadmap and backlog for VirGeo Insights, with clear priorities and measurable business results.
  • Guide the development of a set of insight capabilities, merging existing products and solutions into one platform vision.
  • Align Product, Engineering, Design, Commercial, Customer Success and the wider software community at the company.
  • Decide what to build, improve, merge or retire, based on customer needs, business value, product strategy and performance data.
  • Work with cross-functional teams at every stage, from discovery and validation to delivery and ongoing improvement.
  • Talk directly with customers, users and operational experts to understand their problems and turn them into scalable product solutions.
  • Help drive adoption by supporting customer projects, pilots, product positioning and go-to-market work.
  • Build a culture of collaboration, predictable delivery and continuous learning, with occasional international travel to meet customers and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, including ownership of a product, platform or portfolio end to end.
  • A record of setting product plans, managing roadmaps and delivering results in a complex group of stakeholders.
  • Skill at linking people, aligning priorities and building strong working relationships across teams, functions and seniority levels.
  • Business sense combined with enough technical understanding to discuss platform, architecture and delivery decisions with engineers.
  • Use of customer insight, experiments and data to test assumptions and make product decisions.
  • Comfort in settings where collaboration, influence and stakeholder management matter as much as product skill.
  • Experience in offshore, marine, geospatial or other data-intensive industries is a plus but not required.

Conditions

Diverse and inclusive working environment.

Gross monthly salary between €6100 and €7700, depending on relevant experience, within the salary range with room to grow in the role.

29 holidays per year for a full-time role, 4 of them set by the company management, with the option to buy 12 extra days.

Working from home is possible, subject to your manager and company policy.

Ergonomic home office setup possible, including hardware or basic office furniture on request.

Work-from-home allowance of EUR 2.35 net per day, where it applies.

Commuting allowance: mileage reimbursed for car travel of 10 to 30 km one way, plus EUR 0.10 per km for those who walk or cycle.

Benefits

  • Modern pension scheme.
  • Discounts on supplementary health insurance through the company's partner providers.
  • Free parking in the on-site garage, with ample spaces and EV charging.
  • Bicycle leasing with a company contribution.
  • Corporate fitness plan and gym access at the company headquarters, including group fitness classes.
  • Coaching and support through the Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
