Product Implementation Manager

Description

This role is a project manager position for bringing new products into the factory and phasing out old ones. You will sit in the design team at the company, which makes high voltage breakers.

The company has 350 employees and is growing to meet demand. Its eco-friendly product line is a key focus. The role suits someone who enjoys leading implementation or smaller improvement projects that involve several departments and people.

Responsibilities

• Run introduction and phase-out projects in a structured way so that deliverables are finished on time.
• Work with sales, design, procurement, production, R&D and after sales so that new products are launched and discontinued correctly.
• Handle all project communication and report progress and results to the R&D Project Manager, the Local Product Manager and the local management team.
• Gain a broad view of the company's functions and how each one is responsible for its part of the business.

Requirements

• An engineering background or relevant work experience.
• Strong teamwork and a genuine interest in the company's products and business.
• Good communication skills and the ability to motivate others.
• Fluent English and Swedish, since you will talk with staff in different departments and countries.
• Prior project management experience is an advantage but not required.

Full-time position, on site rather than remote.
