Description

The company is a strategic AI partner to Fortune 500 companies and helps enterprises build and scale AI products.

The team is hiring a Product Analytics & Insights Leader to own analytics strategy, the measurement operating model, and the executive performance narrative for an enterprise AI platform that improves employee experience.

The role links product usage, employee experience, and business results to show where the platform adds value, where it falls short, and what leadership should do next.

This is a leadership role focused on decisions, not reporting. You will shape roadmap and investment choices with evidence, lead and grow a team of analysts, and direct AI systems that pull data, synthesize findings, and draft first versions of narratives, while keeping responsibility for the analytical judgment presented in decision forums.

You will report to the Director, Product Management for the AI product team and work closely with product management, engineering, UX, research, and business stakeholders.

Location is Minneapolis, MN, preferred. Relocation support is available for the right candidate.

The ideal person is curious, rigorous, and focused on impact. They find patterns, explain why they matter, recommend concrete actions, combine analytical depth with product thinking, raise uncertainty and challenge assumptions even when findings are unwelcome, and treat AI output as something to verify before use.

Responsibilities

  • Set the measurement strategy: define success metrics, KPI definitions, baselines, and review cadences linking adoption, engagement, retention, satisfaction, and business results to product goals, with observability metrics that explain the reasons behind outcomes.
  • Lead AI-assisted analysis and automated executive dashboards that refresh reliably and carry verified narratives, so analysts focus on exceptions, anomalies, root causes, and what the findings mean for decisions.
  • Measure launches and their impact using always-on instrumentation and experiments where suitable, separate observed change from credible evidence of impact, and recommend corrective steps.
  • Combine employee feedback, surveys, support trends, experience metrics, and product behavior into one view of unmet needs and friction, and work with UX and research to prioritize journey improvements.
  • Turn evidence into recommendations on sequencing, feature priorities, and investment trade-offs, build and test business cases, use targeted market and competitive research to check strategic assumptions, and assess realized value after launch to decide whether to scale, refine, or stop.
  • Own the executive performance story: create concise presentations, reports, and visuals that explain impact, drivers, confidence in the evidence, and recommended decisions, presenting unfavorable findings as clearly as positive ones.
  • Hire, coach, and develop analytics staff, set their priorities, build their analytical reasoning and executive communication, and plan capacity so the team stays strategic instead of becoming a reporting-only group.
  • Replace manual analysis and reporting with reusable AI workflows, prompts, and agents, and set review standards for source traceability, SQL validation, reconciliation, and narrative accuracy before outputs reach decision forums.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years in analytics, product analytics, business analysis, consulting, or research, including substantial work interpreting large datasets and turning findings into product or business decisions.
  • At least 3 years leading analytics programs or teams, including setting priorities, establishing measurement practices, coaching analysts, and delivering results across functions.
  • Hands-on SQL and data analysis skills: you can validate complex queries, investigate data quality problems, and critically evaluate AI-generated analysis.
  • Experience building KPI frameworks, evaluating product performance, and developing evidence-based prioritization or business case recommendations.
  • Proven ability to write clear executive narratives and influence cross-functional decisions without formal authority over those teams.
  • Sound understanding of analytical limits and uncertainty, and of the human checks that AI-assisted analysis needs.
  • Bachelor's degree in analytics, business, information systems, computer science, engineering, statistics, economics, or a related field.
  • Strong preference: experience designing and scaling automated workflows or agents with Copilot Studio, Power Automate, or equivalent tools, and delivering decision-ready dashboards in Power BI, Looker, or Tableau.
  • Strong preference: depth in experimentation and KPI frameworks, plus user research, journey mapping, or customer or employee experience measurement, combining behavioral data with qualitative research.
  • Strong preference: experience with digital assistants, agents, or machine-learning-enabled products, ideally within complex enterprise product, technology, or transformation work.
  • Strong preference: experience developing analytics staff and building cross-functional measurement practices that last.
  • Strong preference: commitment to building diverse, inclusive teams.

Conditions

The posted pay range is an estimate of $150,000 to $200,000. It reflects skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications, and business needs, and it is not adjusted for the geographic differential of the location where the role is filled.

The company does not typically hire at or near the top of the range, and pay is decided case by case.

For the current performance period, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.

The company is an equal opportunity employer.

Benefits

  • Full-time employees, and hourly employees working more than 30 hours per week, can join the health, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability plans from their first day, under the plan documents, which may change over time.
