Senior Business Analyst - CPG Domain

Description

The company is a strategic AI partner to Fortune 500 companies and works to put AI behind decisions across the enterprise.

This role supports the Global Tech Lead and Product Owner in running business transformation from start to finish for the Product App within the CPG industry.

You will link business stakeholders with technology teams and turn business needs into coordinated delivery across several workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Collect and refine business requirements.
• Turn those requirements into work for the different technical teams.
• Oversee dependencies between workstreams.
• Lead discussions on priorities.
• Monitor delivery milestones.
• Drive delivery from start to finish.
• Coordinate UAT and secure business sign-off.
• Manage risks and issues.
• Make sure people are ready for the change and adopt it.
• Give leadership regular status updates.
• Connect business and technology teams.
• Understand the technology architecture at a high level without writing code.

Requirements

• CPG domain experience (must have).
• 8+12 years of relevant experience, including owning complex cross-functional delivery.
• Experience delivering Product App work.
• Solid background in business analysis, project or programme delivery, or business transformation.
• Able to work comfortably with both business and technology teams.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management, communication and prioritization.
• Good grasp of technology and delivery processes.
• Track record of managing cross-functional dependencies on complex transformation initiatives.
• Hands-on use of Jira or Azure DevOps, Confluence, Excel, PowerPoint and a process-mapping tool.
• Enterprise M&A experience would be useful.

Conditions

Rotterdam is the preferred location, with Amsterdam also possible on a hybrid basis requiring onsite presence 2 or 3 days per week.

Fixed-term contract of 24 months.
