Description

The company provides wealth management, asset servicing, asset management and banking services to individuals, families, corporations and institutions around the world.

Founded in 1889, the publicly traded company has more than 135 years of financial experience and over 24,000 partners, and serves highly sophisticated clients.

You will own the company's Series LLC offering and help build private-market products across private equity, private credit and other alternative strategies, working with investments, distribution, operations, legal, compliance, finance, tax, marketing, technology and outside partners.

The goal is products that are commercially relevant, scalable to run, properly governed and easy for investors to use.

Senior leaders are accessible and internal moves are encouraged.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Series LLC offering over its full lifecycle and lead the launch of new Series.
  • Bring together investment, operational, legal, compliance, regulatory, tax and onboarding needs.
  • Run subscriptions, investor qualification, account setup, funding, reporting and ongoing service.
  • Work with fund administrators and internal teams on NAVs, expense allocations, investor activity, cash movements and lifecycle events.
  • Build scalable processes, controls and operating routines for forming and running Series.
  • Work with Investments and Distribution to find and build private-market products that fit client needs and company priorities.
  • Help design and structure private equity, private credit and other alternative products.
  • Assess structures such as Series LLCs, private funds, evergreen funds and interval funds.
  • Write product business cases covering market size, target investors, economics, operating needs, risks and go-to-market plans.
  • Work with Distribution and Marketing on positioning, investor outreach, launch plans and sales materials.
  • Use market, client and distributor feedback to shape product improvements and future products.
  • Keep governance, controls, policies, documentation and management reporting in good order.
  • Coordinate governance, regulatory filings, audits, financial statements, tax reporting, valuation and pricing.
  • Track product risks and resolve issues with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Tax, Finance and Operations.
  • Look after important outside relationships, including fund administrators, auditors, tax providers, legal counsel and custodians.
  • Follow the investor journey from sign-up through reporting and servicing.
  • Protect the accuracy of product, investor, financial and Series-level data and strengthen the controls and systems behind it.

Requirements

  • Hold a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business or a related field.
  • Have at least 5 years of related experience in investment product management, product development, fund operations, fund administration or alternative investments.
  • Have experience with private funds, Series LLC structures, private equity, private credit or other private-market products.
  • Understand the investment product lifecycle: development, launch, onboarding, operations, governance and ongoing management.
  • Be familiar with private-fund accounting, valuation, regulatory, audit, tax and investor reporting requirements.
  • Have shown you can run complex cross-functional initiatives and manage external service providers.
  • Bring strong product ownership, analytical, project management, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Be client-focused and detail-minded, with discipline around governance, controls and execution.
  • Preferred: an MBA, CFA, CAIA or comparable advanced qualification.

Conditions

Base salary range: $99,600 - 169,200 USD.

The range is the company's good faith estimate of base pay.
