Description

The company makes memory and storage solutions that turn information into intelligence.

The talent acquisition team is becoming an AI-enabled, data-driven advisory group. It works with business leaders, HR business partners and TA Operations to find and secure strong talent using data, market intelligence and AI-supported workflows.

This is a senior individual contributor role in enterprise recruiting. You solve talent problems that cut across organizations, using scalable mechanisms and governance. You may hold a small load of niche requisitions, lead large cross-functional programs such as University Recruiting or New Talent Programs, or do both. You spot patterns across executive and accountability levels, build talent acquisition solutions that keep working without you, and co-build AI capabilities with TA Operations. You do not manage people directly; you manage outcomes at scale. Success is measured by hiring results, program impact, system-level improvement, consistent AI adoption, operating model quality and how well cross-organization solutions adapt.

Responsibilities

  • Advise senior leaders on enterprise hiring strategy, market risks and long-term workforce implications, using market intelligence, competitor data and workforce analytics. Flag systemic talent patterns and risks that need an executive response. Provide TA solutions at CEO extended staff level.
  • Work with business leaders and HR business partners to map the full set of possible hires and shape the role mix behind each recruiting strategy. Decide which talent is truly needed versus assumed, weigh build versus buy and FTE versus contingent, and design an approach that scales with demand across regions and business cycles.
  • Design and set up scalable programs such as UR, NTP, PERM and IJOP. Lead or sponsor cross-functional programs that cover several business units or regions. Represent the business, make sure RPO providers meet its needs, and resolve critical issues.
  • Co-design, pilot and scale AI-enabled recruiting workflows and governance frameworks with TA Ops, HRIS and vendors. Answer for AI results, auditability and risk at scale. Own the feedback loop between what the field experiences and what Ops builds.
  • Drive recruiter adoption of AI-enabled capabilities through playbooks, coaching frameworks and success metrics. Connect what Ops builds with what recruiters put into practice. Mentor senior recruiters and build team capability.
  • With People Analytics and TA Ops, define which talent data matters, build reporting frameworks and own the enterprise view of workforce competitiveness. Change how others act on the intelligence you produce.
  • Solve highly complex or ambiguous talent problems and settle competing priorities across organizations, balancing speed, quality, risk and compliance.
  • Advise leaders on how emerging AI will reshape TA roles and operating models. Track evolving TA trends and build clear points of view that shape TA leadership decisions.
  • Support several VP organizations and enterprise programs. Lead selected niche and senior leadership searches, using cross-organization solutions that support long-term talent strategy and business success.

Requirements

  • Minimum: Bachelor's degree in HR, business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum: 10+ years of progressive recruiting experience, including leading TA transformation or large-scale technology or process implementation.
  • Minimum: Solid understanding of AI-enabled recruiting workflows, and willingness to go beyond using tools to shape how they are governed and adopted across a team or function. Working knowledge of agentic AI, generative AI or workflow automation.
  • Minimum: Proven ability to influence talent strategy at VP level.
  • Minimum: Record of driving change adoption, including building enablement frameworks or coaching models.
  • Preferred: Experience with responsible AI initiatives in recruiting or HR.
  • Preferred: Background in TA operations, HR technology strategy or program management.
  • Preferred: Semiconductor, advanced manufacturing or technology recruiting experience.
  • Preferred: Multi-region recruiting experience.
