  • Partner with company leadership to align product work with company strategy and help drive it.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with training, post training or optimization software such as PyTorch distributed, torchtitan, VeRL or NeMo Framework.
  • Working knowledge of GenAI or machine learning, particularly model training, performance optimization, and building and delivering software.
  • Experience with large-scale distributed systems.
  • A BS or MS in computer science, computer engineering or a similar field, or equivalent experience.
  • 15+ years of technical product management or similar experience at a technology company.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ways to Stand Out: experience with open source and GitHub-first developer products that involve close customer interaction.
  • Ways to Stand Out: knowledge of GPU architecture, hardware and software co-design, and performance profiling.

Conditions
