The company supplies trusted automotive information that helps people build, sell, and own vehicles, and it uses data, AI, and analytics to shape the next generation of automotive intelligence.
The team focuses entirely on changing how the automotive industry works, and the progress made here helps the wider automotive ecosystem act faster and with more confidence.
Responsibilities
Guide supply chain risk, sustainability, and compliance products through every stage, from early assessment and business case to requirements, launch, adoption, iteration, and eventual retirement or merger with other products.
Build working knowledge of how automotive buying and supply chains operate, covering supplier visibility across several tiers, supplier and responsible sourcing risk, traceability, due diligence, and regulatory compliance.
Act as the go-to expert on supply chain rules, turning them into product features, with a focus on laws and frameworks such as the UFLPA and the EUDR.
Track changes in regulation, technology, and competitors to find new product openings in supply chain transparency, responsible sourcing, sustainability, trade compliance, and operational risk.
Build and keep up a multi-quarter roadmap that explains why items are ranked as they are, what trade-offs shape the sequence, and which measurable outcomes matter, and share it with leadership and customers.
Run structured research with automotive OEMs, Tier 1 to Tier 3 suppliers, procurement leaders, supply chain risk teams, sustainability groups, and compliance staff, then turn the findings into ranked problem statements, personas, and jobs-to-be-done.
Shape product capabilities that let customers map multi-tier supply chains, rank supplier and location risks, check supply chains for compliance issues, gather supporting evidence, and watch how risk exposure changes.
Write product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and data specifications, and work with engineering and data teams in an agile process to refine backlogs, clear up uncertainty, and decide scope under real limits.
Work with UX and design to create workflows that users can finish quickly even at large scale.
Work with commercial, marketing, and customer success teams on positioning, packaging, pricing input, launch readiness, enablement content, and adoption plans, and help with renewals, escalations, and key customer accounts.
Set and track product success measures, such as adoption, retention, workflow completion, time to insight, regulatory readiness, and commercial results, and use them to guide roadmap choices.
Keep watch on the competitive and regulatory landscape and recommend where the product should expand, integrate, or form partnerships.
Speak for the product externally at customer workshops, advisory sessions, methodology talks, conferences, and industry forums.
Help make the product a trusted source of supply chain intelligence that moves customers from reacting to supplier risk toward monitoring, due diligence, and mitigation before problems occur.
