Description

The company makes games for every major platform and for mobile, with studios and offices around the world.

The team produces hundreds of user acquisition creative assets each month. This role connects what those assets cost with what they earn.

You will sit within Performance Marketing and own how the team reads creative results: the weekly review of what works and why, the reports the team relies on, and advice on what to make next, where to spend and how to scale efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the weekly performance review: what is working, the reasons behind it, and what it means for which creative to prioritize.
  • Analyze creative results by concept, hook, format, network and geo, including winner rate and fatigue curves.
  • Measure spend and return for individual creatives and for concepts.
  • Track cost and turnaround time per asset for each production source (GenAI pod, playables, vendors) and compare those figures with how the assets perform.
  • Turn findings into recommendations for what the team produces next.
  • Build self-serve dashboards, explores and reports so answers reach people where they already work and do not depend on one person.
  • Decide what belongs in a dashboard, what belongs in an explore and what belongs in a recurring readout.
  • Work with central data and engineering teams on pipeline and warehouse dependencies.
  • Help define the governed creative performance tiers: thresholds, minimum spend and impression floors, lookback windows, and how often they are reviewed.
  • Set up and monitor data quality checks, and catch discrepancies before they reach a presentation.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in marketing, growth or product analytics. Mobile UA experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong SQL, with the ability to model data as well as query it.
  • Comfortable using AI-assisted tools such as Claude, Gemini or Cursor for analysis and automation.
  • Hands-on experience with a BI tool such as Looker or Tableau, including building and maintaining explores.
  • Working knowledge of mobile attribution: MMP data from AppsFlyer, Adjust or Singular, SKAdNetwork and AdAttributionKit, network reporting gaps, and what each source can and cannot show.
  • Fluent in UA metrics such as CPI, IPM, CTR and ROAS.
  • Able to define a metric, defend that definition, and resist pressure to make a number look better.
  • Nice to have: experience analyzing creative performance, including creative tagging and metadata frameworks.
  • Nice to have: familiarity with GenAI creative production workflows.
  • Nice to have: experience in gaming, particularly free-to-play or 4X strategy titles.

Conditions

Salary range: $63,000.00 to $117,000.00 per year.

Pay varies with location, market data, internal equity, skill set, experience, training, education and performance.

Applicants with an arrest or conviction record are considered under the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance and the California Fair Chance Act.

Benefits

  • Annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives and program-specific awards may apply on top of base pay.
  • Health insurance, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, and a retirement savings plan.
  • Paid holidays, sick time and vacation.
